Helmholtz resonator – windmill

Experiment no.: 5.3.901
Helmholtz-Resonator – Windrad
A Helmholtz resonator is an acoustic resonator, here in form of an ordinary bottle. If the bottle is excited at the right frequency, air flows out of it which rotates a windmill.

Caution: Experiment with possible hearing damage!
