Superconductivity, resistance of Cu, stainless steel, PbSn

Experiment no.: 9.9.3
Supraleitung, Widerstand von Cu, rostfreiem Stahl, PbSn
The resistance of three conductors, made of copper, stainless steel and a niobium-tin alloy, is determined at room temperature, in liquid nitrogen and liquid helium. The resistance of the Nb-Sn alloy disappears at T=4 K.

Caution: Experiment with LN2 and LHe (eye damage and cold injuries possible)!
Personal protective equipment necessary!
