Conductivity of doped semiconductors
Experiment no.: 9.6.18

since 07/24
With this experiment, the conductivity of doped semiconductors and their resistance respectively can be easily determined. To do this, GaAs semiconductors doped with different amounts of Si (1.3·1012 to 3.7·1014 Si atoms per square centimetre) are connected to a constant voltage and the current flowing through them is measured.
